"AI杨涛" (the "Service") is an AI perspective tool distilled from the publicly available output of Mr. Yang Tao, created and operated by 司徒K (Situ K). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This Service is not Yang Tao himself, is not official, and is not authorized or endorsed by Yang Tao or his team. "AI杨涛" is a name referring to an AI perspective built from public materials — it is not the person, nor his endorsement.
All responses are generated by a large language model and are a simulation of "how Yang Tao might see it." They do not represent Yang Tao's actual positions, views, or advice.
The model may produce content that is inaccurate, outdated, or entirely wrong. All information is based on public materials as of the distillation date, and public expression does not equal a person's true thoughts.

You may use the Service upon registration. You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Credits and Payment

Credits are in-app virtual units used to offset the compute cost of conversations. They are not currency, not withdrawable, and not transferable.
New users receive a credit grant on registration; you may also purchase credit packs or a subscription. Conversations consume credits based on actual usage.
Consumed credits (i.e., where a conversation and model call have occurred) are non-refundable, as the corresponding compute cost has already been incurred.
For refunds of unconsumed credits or subscriptions, please contact us; we will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and consumer rights.

5. User Content

Content you enter in conversations belongs to you. To provide the Service, you grant us the necessary license to process that content for generating responses, billing, security, and compliance, including sending it to a large-model provider to generate replies (see the Privacy Policy).
You must not enter, or use the Service to generate, content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or contrary to public order and morals.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's interface, code, and distillation method belong to 司徒K.
Yang Tao's name, likeness, public works, and their copyrights belong to Yang Tao; this Service merely simulates a perspective based on his public information, claims no rights over him, and must not be construed as his authorized product. We will respond in good faith to any reasonable objection from rights holders.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service in violation of applicable law; abuse free quotas or farm credits via scripts, automation, or disposable emails; attempt unauthorized access to our servers/networks; distribute malicious code; or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

8. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and access immediately, without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
