Large-model providers (e.g., Anthropic and the API providers that route access to it): your conversation content is sent to the model to generate replies.
Payment providers (e.g., Stripe): to process purchases of credits/subscriptions.
Cloud database/infrastructure providers (e.g., Neon): to host data.
Email and anti-bot verification providers: for sending mail and preventing bot registration.

By using the Service, you understand and consent to the above cross-border transfer and third-party processing. We share information only as necessary to provide the Service, and we do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, except for financial/transaction records that law requires us to keep.
Deletion path: you may delete your account in account settings, or request deletion via contact us. Upon receiving a request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information and conversation records (except transaction/tax records that must be retained by law, which will be minimized).
